 For a long time I have been having a conversation on this podcast that I never wanted to end.

Two years of interviews with women who have built something, lost something, reinvented something. Women who told the truth on the microphone in ways that surprised even them. Women who said, at the end of the recording, that they had never said that out loud before.

And after every single episode, you wrote to me. Not just to say thank you. To say: where do I go from here?

I heard you. And I built the answer.

It is called the Power Circle.  My private online membership community for women who are ready to stop circling the life they want and start living it. Women who are ready to be real. Women who have a dream they have not said out loud yet and need a room that is safe enough to say it in.

It does not matter where you live. You can be in New York or Nashville or northern California or anywhere in between. This circle is yours.

We gather twice a month 'Around the Campfire' meetings and we go deep with monthly guest speakers — women you already love from this podcast — and now you can actually talk to them. We weave in the personal, the professional, and the spiritual, because I believe all three belong in the same room.

We also build in an integration week every month. Because the most important work does not happen on the call. It happens in the quiet after. When something that was said is still sitting with you three days later and will not let go.

What is said in the circle stays in the circle. Always.
